Fact 6. Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo a Muslim Indonesian citizen.

Fact 7. Under Indonesian Law you can not adopt a child over the age of five, even abroad, if you are an Indonesian Citizen. In “Dreams from my Father”, Obama says he lived with his step-father in Indonesia for five years and that by the time he and his mother arrived in Indonesia she and Lolo had been married for over a year before Lolo returned to Indonesia. Five years + one year = 6 years and when Barack Hussein Obama II returned to Hawaii prior to September of 1971 because he was enrolled in his Prep School in Hawaii to start the Fifth Grade he was 10 years old so he was probably shy of 4 years old when Dunham married Soetoro and arrived in Indonesia about the time of his fifth Birthday (1966).

Fact 8. Indonesian Law says: “Foreign persons under age of five who are adopted by Indonesian Citizens obtain Indonesian Citizenship following legalization of adoption process by District Court of general jurisdiction with jurisdiction over the adoptive parents [Id at Art. 2 (1)]“ “It is stipulated that an adopted child has the same status as a natural child, and that his or her relationship to the birth parents is severed by adoption”.

Fact 9. The only Legal Relationship he would have to his mother is that she was married to his Legal Father Lolo Soetoro, under Indonesian Law. He would be an Indonesian Citizen with an Indonesian Passport and an entry in Lolo’s KK documents.

Fact 10. Indonesian Law prior to August 1966 would be Indonesian Law 62/1958 and other prior Indonesian Laws. Indonesian Law does not accept Dual Nationality/Citizenship, so Barack Hussein Obama II would no longer be a US Citizen according to Indonesian Law, in fact he would be considered never to have been one at all.

Fact 11. Lolo Soetoro would be his guardian, next of Kin and father. His Religion would be Legally Listed and Registered as Islam because children have the Religion of their Father under Indonesian Law and can have no other. His Surname would become Soetoro, in full Soetoro Mangunharjo with Barry as his given name at the choosing by his father Lolo.

Fact 12. Barry Soetoro was enrolled on January 1st 1968, given Serial No 203 and placed in Class 1 B. His Religion is given as Islam, his Nationality Indonesian, his Father’s Name as L Soetoro Ma., his Father’s Occupation as Official, Director General’s Office TNI [Topography Division Indonesian Army] and his Name as Barry Soetoro.

Fact 20. Somehow Stanley Ann Dunham got the necessary letter of permission from her husband so Barry Soetoro could go to Hawaii. An Indonesian Citizen called Barry Soetoro left Jakarta on an Indonesian Passport with both a US Visa and also an Indonesian Exit Visa. But an American Citizen called Barack Obama landed in Hawaii.

Fact 21. The US law states for a "NATURAL BORN" US Citizen for the time Barack Hussein Obama II was born between December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986: If, at the time of your birth, both your parents were U.S. citizens and at least one had a prior residence in the United States, you automatically acquired U.S. citizenship with no conditions for retaining it. Fact 22. Obama's mother was only 18 years old at his birth, NOT the 16 + 5 = 21 required because his father was not a US citizen. Therefore Barack Hussein Obama II is NOT a "NATURAL BORN" US Citizen as required to become the President of the USA!!!

There must be a paper trail in Hawaii, US State Dept., and other Federal and Foreign Government Records to prove, or disprove the above facts and if there is not then somebody has removed the trail. If that is the case there has been a criminal conspiracy and all these moles involved need to go to prison!!! At the State Dept. Obama's records have been breached 3 times by employees of a company that the CEO is an adviser to Sen. Obama!!!

What is a good investment plan for starters?

I'll be having $300 that I can set aside every month for savings. I'm currently not living with a partner, but planning to get married in 1-2 years. Therefore I would like to invest the money so that we won't be too tight financially once we start our own household.

My partner has also steady savings an an investment account in mutual funds, but he doesn't discuss it a lot and seems like a passive investor. I know my dad invests in mutual funds, but also has stocks and real estate.

I really don't know much about investing, but am willing to learn the easier forms of investment to get a feel of it before proceeding to learn riskier things. Before I find out the best type of investment for me, I'll probably just deposit it in a savings account in the bank and hope I make interest from it, but not for too long; my dad says that despite the gain I make from interest I will still lose money due to inflation.

What are some forms of investment that I can look into for a start? Would it be wise to diversify, or should I just split between saving and concentrating on one form of investment that works? Are there some websites with easy step-by-step guides for first time investors, and possibly quizzes for determining my options? Are there affordable non-affilitated classes or seminars (i.e. ones that are not organized by or sponsored by investment institutions) that I can look into? I live in Jakarta, Indonesia if that matters.
PS. No mention of Robert Kiyosaki / Rich Dad please, that fellow is a con artist who happens to be good at igniting fantasies and empty motivational talk.

I won't even consider multilevel marketing or network marketing. Although I have respect for good and honest manufacturers like Amway, I despise their business owner networks and "education system" because it involves a lot of dirty politics and manipulation Big Brother style.

I've heard of health insurances which come with an investment plan, like that offered by Prudential, but I don't know how that works out, or if I have to find downlines in order for my money to grow.

I was thinking that if i got a blackberry, I could get an ipod touch so I could use almost all of the iphone's features (except for calling, sms, etc...) while being able to use a blackberry's features as well (bbm and stuff), kinda like getting the best of both world's if you know what I mean.. :P So anyways, do you think I should get a blackberry and an ipod touch (to get features from the iphone and blackberry) or get an iphone (the coolest and most stylish phone ever!!!)???????? How do I get revenge?

So, earlier this summer I went and visited my seemingly cool uncle in Jakarta, Indonesia. I was to be there for three weeks, but he treated me like dirt so I left early, after a week and a half. He always leaves during Ramadan to visit his parents in Spain, and I happen to be in Spain right now, at the same time, visiting my aunt and uncle (I live in New York).
They live about an hour away from us in Spain, and one of the days I am here we will be visiting them.
Now, I have a few ideas of my own. I must be subtle, yet make my point to my uncle, that I mean business. I have promised my Mom that I will not embarrass her in front of her uncles (my uncle´s parents).
My idea is this -- I happened to keep a journal of my time in Indonesia, and I did not miss recording any of the abuse he put me through. It´s all on my computer so I plan to bring my computer with me when we visit and when his mom inquires about my visit in Indonesia, I plan to say that it was wonderful and, in fact, I have my computer if she´d like to read my journal entries. My uncle, Rick, will know perfectly well that he is not shining in such a bright light in these entries. I do not plan to ever let them actually read the journal entries, as this would embarrass my Mom, but I will proceed until the last second (at which point something will prevent me from actually getting them) but just to watch him squirm in the meantime. This is not going to be the full extent of my revenge, as he will be staying with us in the states later this August, at which point, all bets are off.
Is this a good plan? What other conniving things can I do to get my point across?

Assist me...

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A: Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967. Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

I would like to teach drama and Bahasa Indonesia at an international school in Jakarta. I'm a WNI, but have spent about half my life being educated in English speaking countries and Europe. So yeah I speak more than fluent English and have a great understanding of Anglophone culture; I'd be just as good as, if not better than an expat teacher.

I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in Performing Arts Communication; will be graduating next year but for the next two semesters I will have no daytime classes at all so I can work full time. I've never taught teenagers per se, but I've spent the past three years organizing performances for young adults and mentoring my teammates in acting and drama analysis. In addition to this, I'm an avid reader of Indonesian history and literature, passionate about writing composition in Indonesian, a great proofreader, and have an excellent command of Indonesian linguistics.

What are some international secondary schools in Jakarta that teaches drama and has good facilities for it, preferably one that also budgets generously for drama projects? Which ones start in September; and if the one you recommended doesn't, can I apply for the job midway through the academic year? How would the remuneration of WNI teachers be different from that for expat teachers, and what kind of compensations can I negotiate for?

I live near the Kuningan area (Central Jakarta), but most of the international schools I know of are in the outskirts of Jakarta (Bintaro, BSD, Lippo Karawaci etc). Which schools provide accommodation, or reimburse rental costs for a nearby "kos" or apartment?

Responding to a Freedom of Information Act request, the State Department has released passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham, President Obama's mother – but records for the years surrounding Obama's 1961 birth are missing.

The State Department claims a 1980s General Services Administration directive resulted in the destruction of many passport applications and other "non-vital" passport records, including Dunham's 1965 passport application and any other passports she may have applied for or held prior to 1965.

Destroyed, then, would also be any records shedding light on whether Dunham did or did not travel out of the country around the time of Barack Obama's birth.

The claim made in the FOIA response letter that many passport records were destroyed during the 1980s comes despite a statement on the State Department website that Passport Services maintains U.S. passport records for passports issued from 1925 to the present.

The records released, however, contain interesting tidbits of new information about Obama's mother, including the odd listing of two different dates and locations for her marriage to Obama's Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. In the released documents Dunham listed both March 15, 1965, in Molokai, Hawaii, and March 5, 1964, in Maui, Hawaii, as the dates and places of her marriage.

Dunham later divorced Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii. The divorce decree took effect Nov. 5, 1980, but the divorce papers do not list the date of the marriage.

No marriage certificate between Dunham and Soetoro has yet publicly surfaced, but a released application to amend Dunham's 1965 passport to her married name Stanley Ann Soetoro includes a checked box indicating a passport officer had seen the marriage certificate.

The released records also document that on Aug. 13, 1968, Dunham applied to have her 1965-issued passport renewed for two years, until July 18, 1970.

Under 22 USC Sec. 217a, from 1959 through 1968, passports were initially issued for three years, but they could be renewed for an additional two years.

Obama, by any other name

Also revealed by the released records is a heretofore unknown, alternative name for Barack Obama.

In the 1968 application to renew her 1965 passport, Dunham listed as her son Barack Hussein Obama, including in parenthesis below the name, "Saebarkah," in what appears to be a variation of an Indonesian surname not previously associated in the public record with the president.

For some unexplained reason, the designation of "Barack Hussein Obama (Saebarkah)" is crossed off the 1968 application by five handwritten, diagonal hash marks.
